Playing the Virgin Mary in the 7th grade for the Christmas Pageant. Sister Amabilis for pulling out loose teeth in first grade. The nuns were strict back then.

What are your plans for the future?

Though formerly retired after 35 years of teaching (21 years at St Joseph HS, 14 at Bunnell HS) I continue to work part time in helping students learn math.

What advice can you give to our students?

Study hard and know your math facts such as the times table. If you can “do math” (my license plate), you can do anything!
