Enrollment for the 2025-2026 School Year

Thank you for your interest in St. Mary School!  Applications will open to the public on December 9, 2024. Please refer back to this page at that time.

Please note - most of our classes are at or nearing capacity, and just as we had record interest in our prekindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year, we have also had record interest in our K-8 school.  We expect that to be the same for the 2025-2026 school year. Therefore, we encourage you to timely ensure that your child(ren)'s application(s) are submitted as soon as possible. and work with your students current school(s) to ensure that they are also providing any supportive documentation necessary.  

Also, while applications are processed internally on a first-come, first-serve basis, it may be several weeks before we contact any applicants due to internal scheduling and processing.  We cannot notify applicants if their application has been received, but will notify you as soon as we have a status update. 

Application Requirements:

Prekindergarten applicants (even if current family) (must turn 3 years old, if applying to the 3 year old program; and 4 years old, if applying to the 4 year old program, by September 1, 2025):

  1. Application 
  2. Children must be fully toilet trained and able to use the bathroom independently in order to start school. 

Kindergarten applicants (even if current family) (must turn 5 years old by September 1, 2025):

  1. Application 
  2. Teacher Evaluation - must be emailed via system to current pre-k teacher, and completed by that teacher for application to be processed

Grades 1-5 applicants:

  1. Application
  2. Release of Records - printed and provided to current school, records must be received in order for application to be processed
  3. Teacher Evaluation - must be emailed via system to current pre-k teacher, and completed by that teacher for application to be processed
  4. Administrator Evaluation - must be emailed via system to administrator, and completed by that administrator for application to be processed

Grades 6-8 applicants:

  1. Application 
  2. Release of Records - printed and provided to current school
  3. Teacher Evaluation - must be emailed via system to current pre-k teacher, and completed by that teacher for application to be processed
  4. Administrator Evaluation - must be emailed via system to current pre-k teacher, and completed by that teacher for application to be processed

Application Process

  1. All applications are processed on a first-come, first serve basis. An application is not considered complete nor ready for review until all required steps are taken, and all required documents are received. Please note, after reviewing a student's application or records, additional items may be requested.These are a necessary part of the application process and the application will not be considered ready for review until received.
  2. All new students from Pre-K through 8th grade will be subject to an evaluation and/or meeting to determine whether we are able to offer admission to that student after our processing of the application and review of records. 
  3. For students in Grades 1-8, we may also require a shadow day be completed.
  4. If it is determined that we are able to offer admission to an applicant, registration documents must be completed electronically, and a $500 deposit must be received in order to secure your spot. This deposit is nonrefundable. 
  5. Students must provide all required health records to our school nurse, and all additional documents must be completed and signed by specified dates, including but not limited to any contracts, registration documents, and the like.

Non- Catholic Students

Saint Mary School values ALL our families, regardless of their religious denomination. We treat all students of the school the same and respect the beliefs of those whose institutional Religion differs from our Roman Catholic faith.

We expect all families, including all non-Catholics, to support our Mission and Philosophy as a Catholic school.

All students, including all non-Catholics, must participate in Religion classes and attend all school religious services and celebrations.
