We are Still Accepting Applications for the 2023-2024 School Year!

While several of our classes are full with waiting lists, we are still accepting applications for others - and, we will always accept applications for our waiting list. Please email all applications to:

Enrollment for the 2024-2025 School Year

Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year will not begin until at least December 2023 for current school families, and January 2024 for new families. We cannot accept applications until this time, nor can we add any name to a waiting list. We still encourage you to reach out if you are interested and schedule a tour or shadow day. Entry Age Requirements

Beginning January 1, 2024, St. Mary School will require that:

  • Students entering Pre-K 3 turn three-years-old before September 1st of that school year
  • Students entering Pre-K 4 turn three-years-old before September 1st of that school year
  • Students entering kindergarten turn three-years-old before September 1st of that school year

Application Dates for the 2023-2024 School Year

Please read thoroughly so you do not miss any deadlines. This process worked extremely well last year and we are confident it will again this year. 

  • December 1, 2022: Enrollment period for current families opens
  • December 15, 2022: Letters of Intent and Deposit forms, as well as Applications for current school families due back to the school.
  • January 18, 2023: Application period for new families opens!
  • January 31, 2023: Open House
  • February 8, 2023: Letters of Intent and Deposits due for New Families (*applications are continually accepted, and will be prioritized in order of receipt.  Letters of Intent will be sent in a timely manner to any non-waitlisted new family)
  • March 15, 2023: Acceptance letters sent ONLY to those who have returned Letters of Intent and Deposits.
  • April 15, 2023: Registration forms and contracts must be completed for all current and new families.

All students, including all non-Catholics, must participate in Religion classes and attend all school religious services and celebrations.
