We love St. Mary's preschool. When it was time to send our first child to preschool we chose St. Mary's after attending an open house and meeting Mrs. Calendrillo, the director of the preschool program. We knew right away that our daughter would be in good hands. We have sent all 3 of our children to the preschool and on to the 'big' school at St. Mary's.
My daughter had a wonderful pre-school experience at St. Mary. Mrs. Calendrillo and her staff create a warm, nurturing environment for learning. The children thrive and are well prepared academically and socially for kindergarten and beyond.
Where do I start? I can't begin to tell you how very much I "love" the St. Mary's Preschool. I have 3 grandchildren that attend St. Mary's. One that attended last year and my youngest that attends the preschool. It is headed by Mrs. Calendrillo, who is the director. What can I say about her -- she is superb!!! She is well prepared, makes the children comfortable, and the work that the children brings home and tell me about is extraordinary. I enjoy the conversations about their day. I am happy that my children choose the preschool for their children. It was one of the smartest moves they can make for the investment in their children's future. The preschool is spacious and well equipped. The teachers, helpers are also well prepared and they all work with the children wonderfully. I have a feeling of safety, contentment, that they attend the preschool. I would wholeheartedly recommend it as the best in Milford!!
St. Mary School, including the Pre-School is simply the best!! I currently have 3 children at SMS and they are all thriving! All 3 of my kids also attended the pre-school and were given the best possible start on their road to academic excellence and the friendships they have made here are priceless! Proud Mom!
I can’t say enough about this preschool that both my children went to. It’s the perfect combination of structure, learning and play. The teachers are very caring and know each child's individual personalities. When you send your children there, you and your child become part of a family.
I have had one daughter and a niece who have been a part of St. Mary School’s pre-K program. The staff there is phenomenal. My daughter was more than prepared to move into Kindergarten. As I believe my niece shall be as well. It's also not just the pre-K program. From pre-K to 8th grade, the education being given is top notch.
All 3 of my children attended the Preschool program at St. Mary School and they all loved it. That first step into school after always being home with me was a difficult one, and not without tears (both theirs and mine). Thankfully for me, St. Mary's was just the place for us. Mrs. Calendrillo is an angel and soon the tears ended and everyone looked forward to school. When my older ones went there, they only had part day options, but by the time my youngest attended, they were offering full day programs. I found it to have the perfect mix of structured learning and playtime. The school also has an after care program that many families use. We had a great experience and I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to send my children to St. Mary Preschool.
I have two children at St. Mary's and have been very happy. We love St. Mary preschool so much we decided to stay on for K-8 and we don't even live in Milford. Mrs. Calendrillo and her staff are excellent and have prepared my children academically, socially and spiritually. The community at St. Mary's is amazing and one of the big reasons we stayed on after preschool. My daughter is now in the 2nd grade and she is growing and flourishing at St. Mary's. I know my son will be prepared to start kindergarten. We are so happy with our choice.
My daughter goes to St. Mary's and it has been a great experience. We are so glad we picked this preschool. The teachers are wonderful and creative. I have used other preschools and was impressed with how much better St. Mary's is. It is a very motivational program and the kids are learning at a fast pace.
