This year’s St. Mary’s 47th Annual Invitational Basketball Tournament will run from Friday, February 24th – Sunday, March 12th, 2023
During the past 47 years the tournament has grown to include 40 teams from more than 10 towns throughout New Haven and Fairfield Counties. This year during the 17 days of play, approximately 400 players age 8-14 participate in front of their neighbors, family and friend.

We are currently soliciting sponsorship for our tournament; who will be prominently displayed in our tournament program, tee-shirts, website & gymnasium signage. Our six -bracket, double-elimination format allows for a minimum of two & maximum of six games worth of exposure to our participants & spectators.
A contribution of $2,000 includes top billing in our program book, tee-shirts, banner prominently displayed,$25.00 food voucher for the kitchen, primary rotation of your ad on our website and family tournament pass.
A contribution of $1,500 includes top billing in our program book, tee-shirts, your banner prominently displayed in our gym and, primary rotation of your ad on our website and family tournament pass.
A contribution of $1,00 includes premier billing in our program book, tee-shirts, your sign prominently displayed in our gym, premium rotation of your ad on our website and family tournament pass.
A contribution of $500 includes a FREE FAMILY PASS. Also includes considerable billing in our program book & your sign displayed in our gym and extensive rotation of your ad on our website.
A contribution of $250 includes billing in our program book, your ad displayed in rotation on our website. Free Family pass included for admission during the tournament.
Since its inception the tournament has provided a safe wholesome environment for children & their families to have fun while learning lessons of fair play & sportsmanship. All our proceeds from the tournament help us to defray the ever-increasing cost of providing a quality education for our students. And I will of course provide you with information of our non-profit status.
