Melissa Dubin

Assistant Principal & Director of Instructional Support

Mrs. Dubin is a Milford native and an alumna of St. Mary School and is eager to work collaboratively with the SMS community to ensure its continued success in her role as Assistant Principal and Director of Instructional Support. Mrs. Dubin received her Bachelor and Master Degrees from Providence College and currently holds Connecticut Teacher Certifications in Elementary, Special Education and Administration. Prior to joining the SMS staff, Mrs. Dubin spent 13 years teaching in the field of special education in the Fairfield Public School system and she was pleased to bring her experience with co-teaching, differentiation, data driven instruction and organizational and study skill support to St. Mary School over the last several years.

Mrs. Dubin and her husband Brock happily reside in Milford with their three children, who are all proud SMS students. Outside of the classroom, Mrs. Dubin enjoys entertaining, cooking, traveling, and most importantly, spending time with family and friends.
