Spanish

Hello everyone, allow me to introduce myself as Señor D, the new Spanish teacher at St. Mary School. This will be my first year here, but my fifth year teaching overall in the Catholic school system. I began my career at St. Paul School in Kensington after graduating from SCSU. I am very excited to be a part of this community and I am looking forward to getting to know the students.

What I am looking forward to most is bringing new ways of teaching Spanish to St Mary School. I will be helping students understand grammar, to write sentences, speak to the best of their abilities, experience culture, and lastly appreciate languages as a whole. I will do this through many means such as songs, games, traditional lessons, and more.

Now for the fun stuff, my family has a two year old Boggle Terrier named Quinn. He loves to go on hikes, and get treats and plenty of belly rubs. In my free time you will hear me singing, playing bass guitar, and cooking. I am a huge nature person and hike every week. Please feel free to share any great trails in Milford with me!
