11 May Deadline for submission of Contract Packets – Monday, May 15th
MANY HAVE NOT PICKED UP THEIR CONTRACT PACKETS
WHICH WERE DISTRIBUTED AT MONDAY’S H.S.A. MEETING,
AND DUE BY MONDAY, MAY 15th:
Included in that packet are the following which need be completed and returned:
- CONTRACT (signed with payment plan checked)
- CONSENT AND RELEASE FORM (completed and signed)
- FAMILY INFORMATION FORM (completed)
As you were told, if you were not able to be at Monday’s meeting, the packets are available in the School Office any school day from 7”30 till 5:30. We can also send it home with your son/daughter, but only if you call, email or write to instruct us to do so.
WITH AN INCREASING ENROLLMENT AND MANY APPLICATIONS, THIS IS CRITICALLY IMPORTANT. THE PARENTS OF APPLICANTS ALREADY ARE AWARE OF THE MONDAY, MAY 15TH DEADLINE FOR OUR CURRENT PARENTS, AND THAT WE WOULD START ACCEPTING NEW STUDENTS AFTER THIS DATE.
NOTE: Regardless of forms and money submitted, registration for 2016-17 is contingent on all tuition and other monies owed the school being up to date. In the case of confidential arrangements, which MUST be in writing, parents MUST be following such arrangements.
